Disable Touchpad for Chromebook
Sometimes the touchpad can malfunction on a Chromebook and cause issues. Here are the steps to disable it:
Enter the following in the address bar of Chrome.
chrome://flags/#ash-debug-shortcuts
Set to Enable and then Restart.
Once restarted you can use the following keyboard shortcuts to activate/deactivate the Touchpad.
Search + Shift + P
