Gravity Forms: How to View & Download Entry PDFs

To view and download entry PDFs in Gravity Forms, log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Forms, and select Entries. Hover over the entry you need and click View PDF or Download PDF from the quick toolbar. Alternatively, click directly into an entry to view and manage available PDFs from the dedicated PDF widget in the right-side sidebar.

You can easily view or download a PDF copy of any form submission directly from the Foundation Academy website dashboard. There are two ways to do this.

Method 1: Quickly from the Entries List

Step 1: Sign in to the Foundation Academy website dashboard.

Step 2: Hover over Forms on the left sidebar and click Entries.

Step 3: Navigate to the specific form you need to view.

Step 4: Hover your mouse over the specific entry row and click the View PDF option that appears.

Method 2: From the Detailed Entry View

If you are already reviewing a specific entry's details, you can access the PDF directly from that page.

Step 1: Click directly on the entry from the main list to view more details.

Step 2: Look at the right sidebar and locate the section labeled PDFs.

Step 3: Select either View or Download from that window.
